Pumpkin Domestic shorthair orange and brown tabby Good with cats* Good with dogs* Good with kids* Hi, I'm Pumpkin. I'm looking for a family to snuggle with and entertain with antics. My favorite things to do are climb the cat tree and leap across the room with abandon. I really enjoy playmates and snuggling with my favorite people. They tell me I'm a "wobbly kitten"; my back legs shake and my balance isn't great. I don't mind, I run and jump and snuggle just like all the other cats. The other cats don't always like me though, and I can't figure out why. I use my litter box and eat my food but I don't really speak cat. I'm pretty sure I would get along with a dog, or a cat that doesn't care about manners. I'm scared of new places and people I don't know, which is why I'm looking for an extra special person to be with. I have met a few that I liked, we had a calming effect on each other, but none were in a position to take me home. I would need a home that would pay attention to my needs and make sure I could get around, but I'm sure to pay it back with tons of love and cuteness. Maybe you could be my special person? *Pumpkin is good with everyone, cats need to be okay that she doesn't act like a regular cat and dogs and children need to be gentle. She has had a calming affect on people with special needs. I am living in a San Antonio Pets Alive! foster home. By adopting me, you not only give me a new leash on life; you also save the life of an additional pet who can be rescued from euthanasia and placed in foster care. If you are interested in adopting me, please email with my name and ID#. Please allow up to 24 hours to respond, as all fosters work on a volunteer basis.
