I have had a tough time since i was found. My back legs wouldn't work, but I don't mind I can still get around just fine and I love to play! My foster mom has been working with my legs with me and I can now hold myself up every once in a while and my legs will bend now instead of just being stretched out. She says that I still need more muscle in my legs so she has to move them every day. I love cuddling but if I am introduced to a new area I would like to explore first and look at everything. I love to play with other cats! I have to warm up to new dogs but I get along fine with them to! I even cuddle next to my foster brother who is a husky most days. I can't really pee on my own just yet, because of the damage to my nerves, so right now my foster mom has to express my bladder. I will need someone who is willing to do this for me at least 3 times a day. My foster mom says that hopefully when I can start holding myself up more I might be able to pee on my own. In the mornings I will release a little pee on my own, but need the rest expressed. However I can poop all by myself! I wear diapers when I'm going around the house. I am currentlly on a big bag of Royal Canin Urinary SO food, because I can not pee on my own just yet. I am prone to UTI's and crystal in my urine, so the food helps control this but I'm not allowed to eat anything else but this food. Also my foster mom is a veterinary technician so she took xrays of my body and my legs are not broken. The damage that happened to me was on my spine but now everything is starting to heal fine. It is because of the nerve damage that I have hard time peeing and moving my back legs. She thinks I will be able to walk one day. I need some one who is patient with me and someone who is willing to give me a lot of attention and time. I also love all the cat toys you can give me! I am very adventurous, and fun to be around and my foster mom says I am one of the most handsome boys!
