Hi there! My name is Thorin. And I just have to life hasn't been the easiest lately. But that's okay because things are getting better! I was found as a stray, starving and with my tail in bad shape. I wandered up to a man and just had this feeling he would be kind to me. He was my rescuer; he brought me some food and placed it in a kennel and I walked happily in!! He had me checked out at the vet and it turned out I had a severe infection that took over my tail. Because of that I sadly had to have a large part of my tail amputated. Through the pain I never stopped purring and never stopped loving the humans that took me in. I received my partial tail amputation the beginning of October (my tail looks a little funny now, I know, but my foster mom says that the hair will grow back soon!) I am an even happier kitty now that I am not in pain. I love love love any toy you can give me, but especially love fuzzy toy balls and stringy wands! Please consider adopting me into your home. I haven't had an easy life, but that just means that I will appreciate a home that much more!
