Tex is a sweet boy who is house-trained and good with other dogs. He is 5 years old and weighs about 55-60 lbs. He will do best in a home without small children. Housebroken Kind of an old man with a young soul. He has mastered the art of "puppy eyes". He enjoys walks and playing with toys. He can keep himself entertained with the rope toy. He is learning to drop the toy when asked. He knows "sit" and "leave it". He would do best in a home without small children. I am living in a San Antonio Pets Alive! foster home. By adopting me, you not only give me a new leash on life; you also save the life of an additional pet who can be rescued from euthanasia and placed in foster care. If you are interested in adopting me, please email adopt@sanantoniopetsalive.org with my name and ID#. Please allow up to 24 hours to respond, as all fosters work on a volunteer basis. To find out how you can get involved and help turn San Antonio into a no-kill city, please visit www.sanantoniopetsalive.org
