Sweet Stacie has been through a lot and is very shy. She is super sweet and loves attention from any person she has accepted but it takes time for her to accept new people. She will be an awesome couch buddy and constant companion, as she will follow you everywhere.Because she is so shy and so attached to her human, she does have some anxiety when left alone. Plenty of exercise has helped reduce her anxiety but crate training is recommended to help her feel secure. Stacie walks very well on the leash but will stop if unsure about a situation. She behaved very well at a pet store and even tolerated wearing antlers. She would do great with other laid back dogs but does not like cats. I am living in a San Antonio Pets Alive! foster home. By adopting me, you not only give me a new leash on life; you also save the life of an additional pet who can be rescued from euthanasia and placed in foster care. If you are interested in adopting me, please email with my name and ID#. Please allow up to 24 hours to respond, as all fosters work on a volunteer basis.
