Lifesaving Friends,
The San Antonio Pets Alive! team works hard to care for dogs and cats that are desperately looking for a family. We can’t do our work alone. It takes a village! And, we rely on the help from citizens in San Antonio to help. Organizationally, we have a philosophy
that individuals in the community that are willing to open their home and provide financial resources to help abandoned dogs and cats should be rewarded and celebrated.
Last night, KSAT 12 featured an article about a good Samaritan having to pay Animal Care Services multiple fees for helping a stray animal, Emmet, in addition to personally covering medical expenses to help the pup. The title of the article is “Animal Care
Services warns to think twice before taking in a stray.”
San Antonio Pets Alive! commends Tiffany for taking in Emmet and stepping up to care for him. Because of Tiffany, Emmet regained his health and was safe, avoiding injuries and diseases being on the streets. We need help from our neighbors to care for our homeless
animals, and we encourage our community to foster for the animals that need us the most. By fostering through San Antonio Pets Alive!, medical care and food for the animals in addition to other supplies are provided.
Please continue to help us by getting involved in the plight of homeless animals and join us in being lifesaving leaders.
Sincerely,
|

Thank you to everyone who donated to San Antonio Pets Alive! in honor of Betty White. She will always be remembered as a friend and hero to all animals. With your generosity, we received more than $17,000 for
our lifesaving efforts during the #bettywhitechallenge! In addition, 50 cats and dogs were adopted during our Betty White adoption special!
Your gifts of all sizes help us save the most vulnerable dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens in our community.

Pampered Chef Fundraiser Benefiting SAPA!

Loki came into Robin's life when she truly needed him. Robin says, "I lost my mom and had been in a funk for months. My youngest son brought me his computer and showed me a picture of a puppy. I kid you not,
one look at that picture and I was PAWSitively in love!"
Loki was adopted exactly six months to the day of Robin's mom’s passing. Loki has brought such joy to her family. Loki has everyone wrapped around his little paw. Robin says, "Loki is the little prince of the family!"
To show her appreciation, Robin is hosting a Pampered Chef PAWSitively in Love Fundraiser benefiting San Antonio Pets Alive! from February 1st until February 8th. Robin will be donating half of her commission to San Antonio Pets Alive! and we will receive a
10-15% donation based on the number of sales.
The money earned from this fundraiser will go directly to the cats and dogs in our care. We hope that they too can have happy tails ending like Loki.
We invite you to pamper yourself and help the cats and dogs in San Antonio Pets Alive!'s care.
