Update 2/1/23: Goose had his surgery!!! However, the surgery was unfortunately more complicated than initially planned. This poor pup was in surgery longer due to the complications.
After our initial gifts for Goose’se surgery, the remaining balance is $681. Will you please support Goose by making a gift to help cover his surgery?
This sweet pup is recovering well. He is getting a good balance of exercise and rest with Angela, and he is starting to use his right leg more.
Goose is now available for adoption and is seeking a wonderful family to call his own. He is crate trained and house trained and knows basic commands like sit and come. He walks well on a leash and has loved being around humans, big and small, in his foster home.
Thank you for being a big part of Goose’s life and the many other dogs and cats in our care. On behalf of our animals, thank you for giving them a second chance at life!
Update 1/11/23: Goose has found a foster!! We will be scheduling his surgery and keep everyone posted.
Goose is a 2-year-old neutered male that came to us in September with a right rear limb injury. He is a sweet, quiet boy who just likes to chill out! Typically he spends his days lounging around the kennel and doesn't make a peep.
He will be receiving leg surgery soon and will need a foster home to recover in! He will need some icing, and a mix of crate rest and monitored walking to get him up and recovering.
Consider giving to our sweet Goose's impending surgery cost or consider fostering him during his recovery journey!
*Any remaining funds we receive after covering the medical expenses for Goose will go towards medical costs for other dogs and cats in our care.
