Join San Antonio Pets Alive! and local leaders, including Mayor Ron Nirenberg and Bexar County Clerk Lucy Adame-Clark, as we officially cut the ribbon on our brand-new Second Chance Thrift Store! Located at 8336 Marbach Rd., this community hub is more than just a place to find great deals—it’s a sustainable engine for animal welfare where 100% of all sales directly fund our life-saving mission for the cats and dogs of San Antonio.

The festivities take place on Thursday, February 26th, featuring a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:00 AM. Doors will officially open for shopping at 12:00 PM, giving you the first pick of our curated selection of clothing, household decor, toys, and pet supplies. Every treasure you find helps provide medical care and forever homes for the animals in our care. Come be a part of this milestone and help us give our shelter pets the second chance they deserve!
